In the past, the majority of the declarations, which where processed by Famed, were directly dealt with the insurance companies. The current situation however, has changed this process. Due to the differences in percentages that the insurance companies utilize for processing different procedures, it is no longer possible for us to use the aforementioned procedure.

As a result most procedures are left with residual amounts, these amount need to be processed separately and declared separately as well. This will create a very confusing expenses statement for you, therefore, as of the 1st of January 2012, we will be sending the full bill to you and not to the insurance company. Following this, you will pay the full bill to us and afterwards you send the bill to your insurance company. They will, according to the terms & conditions agreed upon, reimburse you for some of the costs.
